29 Week Update

How far along? 29 weeks

How big is baby? 3 lbs/16 inches, The size of a butternut squash

Symptoms? Frequent bathroom trips, heart burn, some leg cramps, leg pain at the end of the day. other than that everything is good.

Sleep? Loving my pregnancy pillow, BEST THING EVER

Food cravings? Made Apple Pie this week, so yummy.

Movement? Bruce Lee must be his idol.

Clothes?  Maternity clothes all the way around for the most part.  Ordered some new clothes for cooler weather. Getting tired of wearing the same thing over and over.  Wonder if I can pull off the legging look? We'll see when they get here.

What I am looking forward to? Trying to figure out a name, also our Baby Shower, can't wait to see everyone and celebrate.

Milestones? He is getting a little cramped in there because he is growing so fast, so there are more jabs and kicks.  He is growing white fat deposits under his skin and his energy is surging because of it.

27 Week Update

How far along? 27 weeks

How big is baby? 2.5 lbs/14.8 inches, The size of a rutabaga.

Symptoms? Frequent bathroom trips, heart burn, very itchy scalp especially in the evening, some leg cramps, other than that everything is good.

Sleep? Loving my pregnancy pillow

Food cravings? Pears, apples, chocolate, pudding

Movement? Kickboxing world champ

Clothes?  Maternity clothes all the way around for the most part.  Love old navy's running shorts and loose fitting workout shirts, no need for maternity clothes there.

What I am looking forward to? My dad was here this week and put the shelves and clothes rod in the nursery closet and I am really looking forward to start filling up the space.  I also ordered the fabric for the curtains, can't wait to start on those.  The room is starting to come together.  Will reveal the nursery when it looks more finished. Little bit of a preview of the nursery in my pic this week.

Milestones? He is practicing inhaling and exhaling with his rapidly developing lungs.  Its official, baby is showing brain activity.

Other? I still go to boot-camp 3-4 times a week and thing this is helping with the pregnancy symptoms.
